We currently ship to the United States only.

Orders can be delivered to addresses located in the 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C., including Alaska and Hawaii.

⚠️ Please note: We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, such as Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Free shipping promotions apply only to the continental U.S..


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Continental U.S.: 5–10 business days

Shipping Fees

  • Orders under $30: $6 shipping fee
  • Orders $30 or more: Free standard shipping

All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain knife products may be restricted by state or local law.

We currently cannot ship restricted knives to the following locations:

  • New York City
  • Chicago
  • Massachusetts
  • Washington D.C.

Automatic knives may also be restricted in states such as California and Illinois.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to follow the delivery status.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
