How long will it take my product to arrive?
We offer standard (ground) and express shipping on most orders -- simply choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout. Your actual date of delivery will depend on the shipping option you choose.

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our shipping price is entirely dependent on the shipping method you choose, the weight of your order, and then finally where the order is going to. We do not make a profit on shipping. Below is for your reference.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship worldwide.
Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Dispatch Knives order comes with a customized tracking code, which will be emailed to you once your order ships and will allow you to track your order progress.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
In an effort to ship orders within a 24 - 48 hour period, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations due to the speed of the fulfillment process.
You may contact us directly at service@dispatchknives.com immediately after your order placement, and we will make every effort to correct or cancel your order if possible. Please note if we are unable to change or cancel the order prior to shipment processing, you will need to return your order for a refund upon receipt.
What is the DISPATCH return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are for products that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included. 
Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you that your return is being processed.Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. 
No cash refund will be provided for any promotional items or gift cards.
For any item(s) on clearance, warehouse sale, labeled discontinued, or closeout, these items do not qualify for a return and are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Details
Be sure to return the item(s) via an insured and traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. 
Please note that buyer is responsible for cost of shipping on returns.  
We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation (POD) showing that the package was actually received by our office.
